Samuel Walker West

Samuel Walker West (1804-1873) was born 30 Mar. 1804 in Dickson Co., Tennessee. He was the son of John West and Sarah. He married Margaret Cooper on 29 Jan. 1829 in Tennessee; participated in plural marriage. He was baptized Nov. 1834 in Tennessee. He was a member of the Chalk Level, Benton Co., Tennessee Branch in 1835 when Wilford Woodruff was a missionary there. He died 22 Feb. 1873 in Washington, Washington Co., Utah Territory.
